Last weekend, I was blessed to attend a workshop led by the world's oldest yoga teacher, Tao Porchon-Lynch, 99 years young, and still teaching in New York City. She also happens to be the world's oldest ballroom dancer. Her message to the world is this:
"We are all one and there is nothing we can't do together. Every morning say, This is going to be the best day of my life. Whatever you want to make happen, you see it happen. what you put in your mind materializes. It works all the time."

July I witnessed the Journey to 100 Conference, sponsored by the Functional Forum and the Evolution of Medicine, on how to create culture and community to support sustainable living to 100 years old. Our health is greatly influenced by our friends and community. If you have healthy friends you will live longer. Social isolation is a root cause of dis-ease.

What is it that you want to be doing when you are 99 years young? Won't you join me next Saturday to meet new friends and explore how you can create your own personalized plan so that you too can live to be a joyful centenarian?
